We are preparing the Na Jenečku project on the edge of an established residential area in Hostivice near Prague. Nineteen apartment buildings, eleven townhouses, and one mixed-use building are arranged around shared courtyards, creating a quiet environment free from car traffic.
We are designing the project to an energy-efficient standard, with a focus on low operating costs, high-quality materials, and solutions that will continue to perform well over time.
