Away from the bustle of the city, close to Smíchov, two apartment buildings now stand on the site of former icehouses. We built them with respect for the surrounding environment and a focus on comfortable, healthy living.
The DUO Hlubočepy residential new-build is located in a quiet part of Prague 5 — Hlubočepy. The former brownfield site now accommodates 68 apartments in two new apartment buildings. Most apartments have a private balcony or front garden, and parking spaces are provided in the underground garages. The development is gated, offering residents privacy and peace.

Heating is provided by a heat pump, while the apartments feature heat recovery ventilation and hydronic underfloor heating with an additional cooling function. Apartment windows have insulating triple glazing, attic apartments are equipped with air conditioning, and selected units are prepared for external blinds.
